Guidelines
Every year, all the Guides, Young Leaders, Leaders
and Unit Helpers talk about (discuss) and vote for
guidelines/rules which they feel are important and
suit the unit at that time (relevant).  We may add
new ones or change old ones, but we may feel the
ones we have are just fine (still significant).

With each guideline/rule their comes a responsibility
for each Guide, leader or helper, in other words, the
way to keep the guideline/rule is to take on the
responsibilty that goes with it.  
Sometimes you may find this easy and
sometimes you may not!
