Giants Wizards and Elves
This game is very similar to Rock Paper Scissors, it is also a
good game when looking for leadership qualities in girls.

Girls are split into 2 equal teams, it is possible to have four
teams going.

Demonstrate the movement and the sound for each of the
three main characters in the game.

The giant stands up very tall with hands raised over the head
and makes the sound, “Aaargh!”

The wizard stands with one foot in front of the other, arms
extended toward the front with the fingers wiggling and
making the sound, “Hissssss!”

The elves squat down and move from side to side with their
arms waving about and making the sound that comes when
you blow air out of your lips.

The  whole group should practice each of the movements and
the sounds just to make sure they have got it right.

Once the whole group has the movement and sounds sorted,
explain which of the three wins over which other of the three.

The rules are
giant wins over wizard,
wizard wins over elf
and elf wins over giant.

Explain that each group should huddle up and choose a first
and second choice of the three.
(this is where the natural leaders tend to step forward and
start taking charge)

Play begins when each team moves to the line and the leader
yells, “One, two, three, what’s it gong to be?”
each side demonstrates their first choice.

As the leader says 1,2,3 the girls take three steps to the
middle and after she says whats it going to be they all do the
action at the same time.

If both teams choose the same first choice, the leader calls
out again ( but the girls do not doing the steps ) and the teams
change to their second choice.

If they choose the same second choice, the teams regroup
and pick two more.

The winning team gets a point and the leader keeps tally on
who has won, we usually play best of 5.
